Robbed by Xbox, this is just crooked.

I am banned from my main account my subscriptions and owned games are there. When Xbox banned me, they took away thousands of dollars of my games. I had bought many games I hadn't got to play yet. This is theft. Before I was banned, I preordered Hogwarts, I haven't got to play one moment of this game. I can't ask for a refund because that account is banned. Xbox stole my games and money then left with no way to access my property. I don't care that I'm banned from online, I want my games. This is wrong of Xbox on every level. Especially in their ever shifting and unspoken enforcement policies. Why is Xbox stealing my property and money?

Per the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up, you forfeit everything on an account when it is banned. When you purchase digital content (from any company), you're only purchasing a license to use the content. Access to the content can be revoked at any time.

If you had your console set as the Home console for your account, you should still be able to access your games on a new account.

It's theft no matter what they made you sign. Plain and simple. This has happened before. Microsoft got sued and had to pay the people for all the stuff they stole. To the OP I recommend getting an attorney that isn't afraid to take on these thieves.
