    We are trying to install Roblox on Xbox one and it keeps saying error code 1 before we even start the installation process. It says that something has happened on the Xbox One end. The other code listed is below:

    my sons YouTube app on his xbox1 stopped working this morning. I've looked at forums online & this seems to be an occurring problem. I've uninstalled it & reinstalled it. Now it won't load! He's deleated lots of things so I know it's not the problem. My
    son only plays GTA, rob lox & watches YouTube on his console, so VERY FRUSTRATED at this happening!! Also purchased items on rob lox in the past & NEVER RECEIVED THEM!! could somebody please help me sort this issue out? Don't not want to restore factory settings
    as my son has spent upwards of £250 on GTA & I do not want to loose it. Many thanks

    Try resetting your xbox, then come back on, sign out of your network, then delete it, then sign into it again. if this does not work reset your modem and router. This may be an issue of lox bandwith. let me know if any of these work and we will go from

    I too just discovered that the copy of Prometheus I bought is no longer available for me to watch. No notice, no explanation. It shows in my Collection, but I can't watch it--I get an inexplicable error message. It doesn't even show up in my purchase
    history anymore. What a scam. I won't make this mistake twice. I will no longer purchase movies from Xbox Video. Their rentals are fine, no different than anyone else's, but as far as purchasing video content, unless I can download my purchase onto my
    internal cloud, forget about it. If I want to buy a movie, I'll buy the DVD on Amazon and transfer its content onto my NAS device.
