    Roadmap for OS features in development


    Having been an insider for almost 4 years on the Xbox One, One S, One X, and Series X.. I’ve come to both love and hate the way features are a total surprise.

    I just thought I’d make a post and get other insiders thoughts about having a roadmap or “potential features in development” thread.

    While I understand the current method allows devs to go at their own pace, I believe it stifles innovation. By providing a list of features listed in order of priority we wouldn’t have to repeat the same 5 feature requests every week and would have something to look forward to.

    The latest rumors say the always on feature is only for media streaming services for their "mini Xbox" and games can be played while offline just like its always been, which makes a lot more sense.

    While keyboard and mouse support is on the roadmap for xbox. It is down to the game developers to allow the use of it in their games. As epic has recently started banning people for using unofficial keyboard and mouse adapters the may decide not to implement

    Unforttantly,some of that stuff not accurate, it's true,since the single player challenges came out,yes there still working on the "New game mode" still haven't found it fun yet,prob the final "DLC" is "Grendal map & Jason X",also note that's was roughly
    scaled till last years "Christmas",some stuff doesn't go to planned,that prob was unavoidable due to the time scale "Gun Media", that's some thing that we are and arn't in control of,sure I go to work on time,a dev prob has a certain time strain that. "DLC/Update/game"
    should come out ,then might not work due to certain things not working and the devs have to work round it.

    MS has already said that digital preorder is already on the roadmap for features, and HBO app is on the way, in fact I just watch the free episode of Trublood and it said the app is coming soon to X1.
