Also releasing today is the Road America Booster Pack, featuring five cars to collect, drive and customize in Forza Motorsport 5. The five cars include the 2006 #2 Audi Sport North America R8, 1995 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1, 1968 Ferrari 365 GTB/4, 1971
Ford Mustang Mach 1, and the 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG Black Series.

Road America

From the Xbox One main menu select the Forza 5 tile and press the menu button. Select the "Show All Addons" option and you should see the addon pack listed and be able to reinstall.

Wont uninstalling forza delete all my progress and cars and money though?

 

AWESOME!!!!! I grew up just a few miles from Road America. This is a very welcome addition!!

Bad timing though - my Thrustmaster just crapped out last night. Hopefully I can get a replacement soon and get on to racing RA!!!

 

Is this a "BONUS" for fans or does it have a price tag??? Love the idea of tracks starting to come out of the Turn 10 Farm!!

 

The Road America track is free for everyone.

The 5 cars in the Road America Booster Pack are free for Car Pass holders. The official article doesn't mention a purchase price for player who don't own the Car Pass.

The pack is showing a price of $4.99 for me & I have the season pass. I thought it might show up as free after the 3gig patch, but no luck. All other packs have shown as free & installed without any problems.

 

Did you check for the cars and track in the game? It downloaded in the background for me and was available in the game when I started FM5.

 

Soooo happy to get Road America, Loved it in FM4.

 

So what do we actually get for the Limited Edition besides the "VIP race events and Bonus Day One cars??? I got my copy for the same price as the regular edition so it's not that big of a deal, but if had paid another $20 it would suck so far. I thought
in the past you got unicorn vehicles or bonus packs like this one for free or "included" for the upfront purchase, in others like Forza 3 and Forza 4??

Did I miss something? I love getting new tracks and I HOPE there are more coming in the future but the whole car packs and season of cars pack is getting out of hand for nickel and diming. It's not like the Turn 10 that I grew up playing from the Green Halo
Xbox original days.

 

That's all you get. Sometimes they will gift you a special car like the Halo Boss car but that's it.

You get the LE 5-car pack, 1250 tokens, Steelbook case, Audi/FM5 decals, and VIP membership.

VIP membership gives you access to the VIP rivals events, VIP gifts from Turn10, the crown icon next to your gamertag on your playercard, 2x credits for each level-up (70k instead of 35k) and the VIP 5-car pack

 

To respond to Dwoop. In previous titles, VIP status holders were given a number of gifts during the activity of the game. Typically a year or there about.

The latest release has been rough for Turn10 and xbox one.

 

I did notice the bonus money but I haven'teven looked at my gamertag, that's ingame I'm guessing. And yes, they have been off to a very rough start with the content lacking as they built up an empire on the 360, we fans expect alot from a gaem that constantly
pushes the envelope and crushes GT at every corner. I would love for them to keep "gifting" if just one car every other month, could that be too much to ask from a "VIP" standpoint?

 

Well, the game has been out since late November and we've already received 3 gift cars (Hyundai/Ford Christmas cars, Halo car) and another new car was announced to be on the way. By my math - that exceeds your request for "one car every other month" so I
think Turn10 is doing pretty good by your standards!
