    RMA delayed in transit


    I have returned my xbox controller via UPS and it has been "held in warehouse" in Frankfurt for many days. I shipped on the 4/1/2021 and latest update is still HELD 16/01/2021. I have been without my controller for 12 days with no sign of any progress.

    I have had no controller since last year!

    UPS clearly have no idea where my package is.

    Since 7/1/21 when it left Nothampton it has travelled hundreds of miles up and down the UK and is now in Ireland!

    Is there any way to contact any of the idiots at UPS or Microsoft?

    Service has been pathetic and nobody wants me to contact them.

    Hello sometimes delays happen!!! As long as your package is still in transit dont worry about it!!!

    Lots of sound issues. Like there is lag or a huge delay every time there is a transition before sounds begins.

    I get anywhere from 3 to 5 seconds of silence before it comes roaring in.

    Actually there is a delay. I ordered mine on April 1st and i just them this morning to receive a tracking number since it now shows that its in transit. Microsoft told me that there is a delay due to the COVID-19 and that I should have it delivered by May
    5th even though it shows on my account it should be delivered by April 22nd.
