Riva Turner Statistic Server não funciona o Metro Exodus do Game Pass...

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers.
If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue. There must be another program you have installed that could be causing the game
to not work with that program.

Does this only happen with Metro Exodus or any other game on the Xbox Game Pass for PC? Do you have this issue with any other game launcher?

Eu ainda não baixei outro jogo pelo GamePass para testar, mas tentando esclarecer melhor.

Quem entra em "safe mode" é o jogo não o windows e quando o jogo está em safe mode ele usa Directx 11 e com o Directx 11 o Riva Turner funciona normalmente.

Porém entrando no jogo pelo modo normal, ele não deixa eu mudar a opção para DX11 (me parece que é uma limitação do Gamepass) então não consigo usar o RTSS.

Andei lendo a respeito e me disseram que se usar o DXR o RTSS funciona também normalmente, ele só não está funcionando quando usa o DX12.

Minha placa é AMD por isso não consegui testar o DXR.

Who goes into "safe mode" is the game not windows and when the game is in safe mode it uses Directx 11 and with Directx 11 Riva Turner works normally.

However getting into the game by normal mode, it doesn't let me change the option to DX11 (it seems to me to be a Gamepass limitation) so I can't use RTSS.

I've been reading about it and I was told that if using DXR RTSS also works normally, it just isn't working when using DX12.

My card is AMD so I could not test the DXR.

Problema semelhante... horas abre, horas não... e por incrível q pareça o meu metro exodus só funciona no dx11 (não consigo mudar para dx12)... espero q corrijam os inúmeros problemas do aplicativo Xbox game pass pra pc pois assim tá complicado!

Infelizmente, o Metro Exodus no PC game pass não possui binários do DirectX 11. Isso significa que alterar a API do DirectX no menu de configurações do jogo não ativará esse recurso (mesmo que esteja lá para ser alterado).

Como somente o DX12 está incluído no pacote de download, desbloquear a pasta Windows Application e modificar as configurações também não terá efeito, nem alterações feitas com o Geforce Experience.

O Game Pass ainda está na versão beta, esperamos que melhore com o tempo. Eu não posso te dar uma resposta melhor do que isso.

Unfortunately, Metro Exodus in the PC game pass does not have DirectX 11 binaries. This means that changing the DirectX API in the game settings menu will not activate this feature (even if it is there to be changed).

As only DX12 is included in the download package, unlocking the Windows App folder and modifying settings will also have no effect, nor will changes made with Geforce Experience.

The Game Pass is still in beta, hopefully it will improve over time. I can not give you a better answer than that.
