    Rise of Tomb Rider freezing


    Hello. Got a problem. Rise of Tomb Rider freezing when loading saved game after last xbox one update. After that game closes and xbox one start screen loads. What to do?Rise of Tomb Rider freezing :(

    Xbox x freezing

    I have this issue playing Rise of the Tomb Raider. Always at the same spot. Freezing appears and then the Xbox turns off.

    New game save loads with no problem. Will I loose saved games if I delete game and try to reinstall it?

    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear that, try hard resetting your xbox one by holding down on the power button for 10 seconds.

    - When off unplug the power cable and keep off for about 1 to 2 minutes

    - Replug the power cable and then turn on the xbox one

    - Load up the game and load the save again.

    See if that helps.

    I am sorry to hear that, try hard resetting your xbox one by holding down on the power button for 10 seconds.

    I don't got my game ....

    But i call the technical support and they gave me a code for an other game (Quantum break) because they said to me "we can't generate rise of the tomb rider code's, but wecan give you Quantum break"...

    Finlly i got Quantum break but no Tomb Rider then i buy it ....

    Sorry for my bad English im french.

    The problems about the black screen are probably due to corrupted data. If deleting cache does not work with the

    power cycle     system, try checking that the console is correctly connected to the internet and then delete your profile from the console and re-download it again.
