Rise of tomb raider installation problem

Hello everyone

I have recently purchased rise of tomb raider, it was then on a installation process but the problem is it is now stuck on 19% and not moving further, can anyone please let me know what is problem i tried many times but it is still not installing after 19%.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider + Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack

sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

I hope you can help me with my problem.

 

If you are trying to install the game disc try to get offline an install the game that way before getting back online. For more help:

I have the same problem but it won't even let me start the game. Microsoft says that it's a "know issue". How long does it take them to fix it? It's not a new game.? Why put the game on sale when they have an issue with it? Why sale it at all until they
fix it?
