    Rise Of The Tomb Raider - Unable to redeem gifts


    When I try to redeem a gift or buy cards using in game credit in the in game Marketplace I get the following error message: "an unknown error occurred while trying to redeem this pack. Check the gifts tab to try again". I have linked my XBox Live account
    to my Square Enix account. The Sqaure Enix forums have no mention of this problem and I cannot find it on the net. Anyone had the same error and did you manage to fix it?

    Hello,

    sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
    Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

    I hope you can help me with my problem.

    Same here, nobody seems to care. Sqare Enix doesn't want or can't help, they kind of answer this isn't their problem but Xbox Live. Xbox Live support don't care about this since there is no answer. This was the last game ever bought from Sqare Enix.. Game
    is useless after completing. Every time I should get reward I get same error message. Real shame!
