Rise of the Tomb Raider: Unable to Redeem DLC card packs/gifts.

So this seems to be an issue for pretty much everyone playing RotTR on an Xbox right now. Enix is saying talk to MS and MS is saying talk to Enix. I'm more willing to believe this is an MS problem since ONLY the xbox versions of the game are being affected
by this issue. An Enix rep has responded in the thread linked above explaining why.

The issue at hand:

Since Saturday Jan 30th no one playing on Xbox One or Xbox 360 (PC users are doing fine) has been able to redeem the weekend gifts nor any DLC packs that give cards in the Marketplace of RotTR.

Buying cards packs directly with points works fine. DLC items that appears directly in game work fine as well, only the redemption of the card packs is being affected. We are all receiving the following error:

"An unknown error occurred while trying to redeem this pack check the gifts tab to try again"

Thread on Square-Enix support forum: An unknown error occurred while trying to redeem this pack....

If one of you Microsoft reps wants to pop over there and tell SE why it's there issue that would be helpful.

For now I suggest we players blow up both threads as much as possible until someone decides to do something.

Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider + Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack

sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

I hope you can help me with my problem.

 

Rise of the Tomb Raider missing tactical survival pack dlc code

Hi, I recently ordered a Rise of the Tomb Raider 1tb console bundle but the dlc card only came with one code for the main game and nothing for the survival pack, despite the card saying it was included

 

I'm also experiencing this issue on the Xbox one. I preordered the game, and just got around to playing it starting January 14th. I had no issues opening "Gifts" until Saturday.

After getting 100% completion of the game I decided to spring for the season pass as I didn't want to part with ROTTR quite yet.

After purchasing the Season Pass I returned to the game to open all 15 of the gifts and have been unable to open anything since.

I'm not a dev, and I don't understand the inner workings of the game, but I do know that it worked fine until I completed the game/bought the DLC.

"There are numerous reports of people on Xbox consoles, both 360 and Xbox one, getting an unknown error, or a message stating

"This gift has already been redeemed"

While trying to open "Gifts".

This issue is preventing the use of purchased cards, or in game unlockable cards.

When contacting Square Enix, they tell you to contact Microsoft.

When contacting Microsoft, they walk you through troubleshooting and direct you back to Square Enix. It is an endless circle with nobody acknowledging the issues. I feel completely cheated out of more than $30 for something I won't ever be able to use.
