    My Rise of the Tomb Raider -bundle is missing the code for Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. I've understood this is a common problem, so how do we proceed? Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
    Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

    I hope you can help me with my problem.

    Hey, Yukuri! In order to look into this further, we will need the proof of purchase that you bought the Rise of the Tomb Raider bundle console and the serial number for your console. Both of these items may have some sensitive information with them, so I'd
    like you to send this to me in a private message. You can do that by clicking on the envelope at the bottom of my post.

    For your image, you will need to upload that to a file sharing site of your choice and send me the link. You should be able to find your serial number for your console under Settings > System > Console Info.

    My (and others) "Xbox One 1 TB Tomb Raider Bundle" does not include "Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack" - most likely production error.
