    rise of the tomb raider did not shown in HDR on my Xbox one s, while gears of war 4 works fine.

    When I launch gow 4, my TV shows an HDR mark.

    When I launch rise of the tomb raider, it does not.

    Is the HDR feature of this game an Xbox one X exclusive one?

    HDR is an "Xbox One X Enhanced" feature for those games, that's official words.

    For example Rise of the Tomb Raider, NO HDR on Xbox One S.

    Hi!

    ROTTR should have HDR support, released via update two months ago for X1X, but also running for X1S. Try to check if the game is correctly updated.

    Some time ago I had seen videos on yt showing the game with HDR setting and 4K upscaling with an X1S.

    I figured it out now.

    As the link you gave, it's an "Xbox One X Enhanced" feature.

    I installed that game 1 month ago and no update since then.
