Rise of the Tomb Raider issue

Hi all,

Opening rise of the tomb raider is crashing XB1 on the game start. The game was working just fine few minutes back abd suddenly crashed and restarted the xbox.

I have tried the below:

- Deleting the local saved progress and download again from xbox live.

- Uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again.

Same thing keeps happening to me. I was playing it fine for several hours today. Then it suddenly crashed in the middle of the game. I tried logging back into it but I can't get past the title screen. In fact that doesn't even load. It makes this irritating
buzzing sound then either kicks me to the dashboard or resets my Xbox. There some people on another forum having the same problem. I tried resetting the Xbox, I've tried hard resetting and now I'm reinstalling the game hoping that helps.

 

I haven't even managed to start a new game. It crashes right around selecting "new game" or if I manage to get past that, it crashes when selecting a save spot. Tried the hard reset and all that, nothing works...any ideas.

 

It's the same here. Reinstalled with no hope .

 

Same thing here, I restarted, uninstalled/reinstalled and deleted my local save and stopped it syncing to see if I could start a new game but still buzzing sound then crash on the title screen before you can use the menu.

 

Same problem here. I don't know but maybe it's a problem relative to the services issues of xbox live?

When I finish to redownload the game I will try to go offline. Maybe this helps.

 

Same here, for what it's worth. I tried deleting my profile and the local data, but no luck.

 

Hey everyone I put my console into offline mode and it seems that it's working now, so it may just be an issue with Xbox live at the moment

 

I have tweeted Xbox support and they confirmed the issue.
