Rise of the tomb raider crashes mid-game on xbox series x. Progress lost.

I was playing rise of the tomb raider on my Xbox series x.

I was leaving the area after I collected the atlas and my game suddenly froze and then crashed. I reopened the game and when I looked at the map, it had all disappeared and the Baba Yaga DLC missions had reset. Also, the tips that appear to help start the game were appearing too, after over 14 hours of playtime into the game.

Finally, every time I try to start playing again to see if other things are broken, my game freezes and crashes again.

I have saved and quit, to go back to the menu, with no changes, and I have also restarted my Xbox, and still nothing happened.
