Rise of the Tomb raider Cold darkness DLC

I have purchased the cold darkness DLC and it has turned my Rise of the Tomb Raider game into a trial version.... and it wont let me play any of my saved games. I t keeps telling me i cant make purchases for this game without changing my account privacy
setting I have tried to do this a bunch with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No the main game was purchased when it came out. The DLC was bought three days ago with my Gold Membership. Thanks!

Have you tried uninstalling both the game and dlc? Id reinstall and see how it is then, game data is stored separately so should still be accessable

Thanks for getting in touch with the Xbox Forums Community for advice on how to resolve this issue.

I can see how not being able to play your game and/or your DLC could be pretty irritating.

If uninstalling the game, did not work, then I would suggest trying what we call a soft reset of the console. It's a factory reset of the console that
does not uninstall any or your games or apps.

Before you do so, just make sure that you have the account information for any gamertags that are on your account (as they will be removed and will have to be redownloaded) and that you have an easy internet access. To do the reset, follow the steps here
on How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One
and select the option denoted "reset and keep my & apps".

When you get a chance, give that step a shot and let us know if that helped.
