Rise of the Tomb Raider cannot redeem cards

Hello. Posting here to register as another player with this problem. I am using an Xbox One. I've completed the game and opened all card packs more or less as they were put in the "Gifts" tab of the marketplace, even though I wasn't doing any Expedition
mode playing. I noticed a "play this weekend and get a gift" and think I redeemed that; I am not sure if that was before or after installing Baba Yaga. Anyway, a day or two after that last redemption I noticed a gift was available; [PROBLEM ONE] every time
I try to open it I am told it's already been opened. I then bought a load of bronze packs to get the "belong in a museum" achievement, no problem although it was a bit weird because the number of cards noted in expedition mode is only 260. Since doing a
couple of Replay Elite expeditions, gift card packs have started appearing in marketplace but [PROBLEM TWO] I get a message that there's a problem redeeming the cards and to try again later. What's the problem? This seems very common. Is a fix on the way?

sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

I hope you can help me with my problem.

I have purchased the Xbox One 1 TB Rise of the Tomb Raider Bundle (amazon france, 8th January 2016); the 2 prepaid cards: Rise of the Tomb Raider including tactical survival kit content pack AND Tomb Raider Definitive Edition ARE BOTH BLANK; there is NO
25-DIGIT CODES, they ARE NOT PRINTED. Please help me, thanks!

 

I just redeemed five packs; the square enix forum has a post within the last hour from MeaganMarie (is that right?) stating that it should be resolved and asking for confirmation.
