    hello

    i had downloaded rise of the tomb raider from gamepass

    but i found this message and the game not work .. the only way to play it is to change the reigon to USA .. but the problem is when i change it to USA the visa card will not be accebted

    can we please receive an update to the game so we can fix it

    Hello Marwan,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Is this also happening to anyone else you know? Have you tried any troubleshooting with your account?

    You should start with
    removing and then re-adding your account     to the Xbox one. If this doesn't help, then you should try reporting the issue.

    1. On your console, install the
      Xbox Insider Hub       app (if you don’t already have it).
    2. Hold down the Xbox button on the controller.
    3. On the power menu, select Report a problem.
    4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.
