Rise of iron pre-order problems

Tried ordering rise of iron for the UK but it redirected me to a US adress with the price in dollars, i tried to buy it but my credit card could not be added because the state/province tab was only for the american states. Whats going on?

Hmm. Have you checked the top to see if you can switch it back to the UK?

 

I selected the UK tab on the bungie site but it took me to that US adress where the card a currently have on my account isnt on the select payment option list so i have to add it again but i cant because of that state/province tab.
