Riscatto Micorsoft REward

Buongiorno,

volevo capire una cosa, quando riscatto i punti reward li trasformo in buono regalo e so che questo ha una validit di 90 giorni. Se questo buono lo trasformo in saldo Microsoft vale sempre 90 giorni e poi il saldo si azzera?

When you redeem the points for the gift card, it automatically adds the money to your Microsoft account...there's no card or anything as such. Basically, you have to spend the money within 90 days from the day you redeem it on the rewards site (that is my understanding of it anyway),

My advice: Leave the points in your Rewards account until you actually want to buy something then redeem.

Are you looking via the web browser or via the Micorsoft Rewards app? They did disappear for me once, that was around 6 months ago but they were back within a short period of time.

We are aware of your desire to redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for 100 robux, however when you try to do so, you are taken back to the same page where it is instructed to repeat the process. Let me help you on this.

1. Go to Reward yourself, make a difference with Microsoft Rewards and sign in with your Microsoft account.

2. Select Redeem. Look for desired redeemable points or offerings.

3. Select Redeem rewards.

My problem came back and stayed. Amazon will no exchange my system in 2 or three weeks since Micorsoft couldn't do it. The repair would have taking longer than the exchange....at least that's what Micorsoft told me.
