    Ripped me off!!!!!!!


    I redeemed a prepaid download code for assassins creed liberation on my pc and it said next time you log into this microsoft account you will have it. I logged on with my xbox and then went to my games to play AC:Liberation and it wasnt there!!!!!! How do
    i fix it????

    Microsoft ripped me off

    Hi, i'm having a serious problem : i can't re-download all the games i once bought and removed from my harddrive because i didn't had enough space

    No! instead Microsoft wants me to pay AGAIN in order to download these games, i have evidence that i bought those games because i can still acces the billing



    i'm sorry if my grammar isn't correct or anything

    i hope someone from the microsoft staff reads this or someone else can help me.

    If the game was purchased using the account you are posting with then it is possible that it was downloading when you logged on to the console. If the download hasn't completed then press the Guide button and scroll left and choose Active Downloads.

    If the game is currently downloading or Pending then go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to start the download on your console.

    ^So is this another MS employee?Are they paying scrubs to attack people who have complaints?Sounds about right..Like I said...the content shows up on my hard drive in the system settings.However it does not show up in the system video player.The only way
    I can see that the videos exist is by opening Xbox music.It shows up in the 'My content' section.There is a play all button but if I push it I go right to the subscription screen where I must pay for a subscription before I can view my stuff.If I refuse all
    I get is 10 second previews of my own purchases.

    14 years ago I ended up in a church talking to a vicar for a while, walked out with this odd woman hanging from my arm, still don't know what happened but she's been with me ever since :-/

    ( If I don't post anymore on these forums you know she's seen this and I'm buried in the garden )
