    Hi,

    I purchased Gears of war Jugement and I received a Gears of War Game Download code. But when I was trying to scratch the code, I ripped the paper and some characters of the code. Do you know how I could get the code with the serial number ?

    Code was ripped

    I was scraping the code for 3 month subscription and it ended up ripping the code and I got incomplete code.

    How will I fix this?

    I paid for access and code was damaged.

    Halo Reach download code ripped up :-/

    I bought a Xbox for my son that came with 2 games. One on disk and the other one to download(Halo Reach). The code was hidden under a grey sticker. When we removed the sticker, half of the code remained stocked to the sticker. I can't see the code. Any
    idea of how I can get a new code?

    Hey there, unfortunately Xbox don't replace lost of damage codes, I know this because I still have 12 month of gold with the last 5 digits scratched off and will probably be unredeemable forever.

    You can try and guess as many times as you want here through the website though.

    Ripping a bluray isn't legal so why would microsoft make it easy for you to do if you want a digital copy many blurays do come with a code so you can download one

    It actually sounds like you pulled the code off instead of scratched it off. You can try calling support, but otherwise there's nothing you can do.
