RIP Spspartan/theguze 2008-too soon

Well thanks to the foul mouth of my roommate and Microsoft's nonexistent account appealing system my account is gone forever and it hurts. 5 years I've had that account and have made so many memories with it and have spent hundreds on it is gone because
of someone else. how can they not have a appeal system? Do they really think I willing to shill out more money to them and restart everything from square one? It's ridiculous how awful their "customer support" is sure they are fast but they just send you to
that forum so you can wait 3 days just to have someone give you a reason for your banning with nothing you can do about it. The community ambassador said just use a passcode but I what great advice that is after ive lost the account. They really did just spit
in my face and are holding out their hands to ask for more money but i dont know if I want to pay up and build a new account with such a hollow company like this. It isnt about us its about them. Once we get banned we are treated like convicts with no way
to appeal and im sure my roommate said some hateful words he rages hard when it comes to video games but to go from a one week ban to a 2 week to a perma over messages is ridiculous. He was smart about it too clearing my inbox before I got home from work so
id be chilling on netflix or IE on youtube then get banned out of nowhere and have to try posting in the forum only to have them tell me it was for messages I never sent. Im not trying to say im a saint I get into arguments online when I game but only if they
message me first. Yes I have used swear words in messages before but never have I threatened someones life or insulted their mothers or anything and I never take it so personally I report the person for also using vulgarity. Yeah I talk trash when im destroying
people but its usually followed with a good game. I cant believe ive lost a account because people got their feelings hurt over messages how ridiculous. Thanks microsoft i used to love this company and was really hyped for a xbox one but thats almost nonexistent
now. Seeing how you treat bans how you dont care about the people you ban enough to give them a chance to atleast try and appeal a ban really shows youre all about profit and not customer satisfaction.

I'm an Aussie and I have MK9, got it off eBay. More cheaper online then the rip off retail prices here in this country. Bought it soon as it came out. With US account or any other country you can get all the DLC's too.

 

Its not your friends fault you were banned,its your fault for allowing your friend to use your account.

All the tools are there to protect your account,you clearly ignored them.

Guze this is no different then an athlete being suspended for illegal substances. They are responsible for what goes into their body, despite what their trainers give them they must be aware of the substance. You are responsible for your account, and what
happens with your account. You were unfortunately an associate to the infraction. Sorry to hear about your loss of your account. But whatever happens was so bad that it was banned. Not suspended... but banned. Just be more responsible with your profile.

Well im over it for the most part. Yeah sure I shouldnt trust people to use my stuff this has taught me that especially my close friends. The thing thats still eating at me is having lost all those games. Then again its not liked I played them but the fact

I know I'm going to catch feedback for this, but from the sounds of it, to me anyway, you are being responsible for your actions and convicts do have an appeal process.

 

I don't think Guest should catch any flack. I think he brings up a point. With that being said, most (yes I'm generalizing) know there is no appeal process. So as I stated above. We must be responsible for our profiles. And Guest has learned from this
