I'm heading to a new forum because this is just too slow for me. I think I've been here at the Xbox forums at least 8 years so it will be weird to go to a new forum. : (

it was wild west times in the old days, they couldnt get a handle on the flame wars in high traffic areas so they just made stoopid hard to use, then it died

bethesda forums are full of pc db, and this wont get deleted, its so tame now mods dont even come around anymore

 

i would imagine part of the lack of posts was the holidays. i dont check this forum unless im at work (and i was off for 2 weeks). also, xbox.com has put the forums on the back burner for years now. im surprised its still even around. it was fun like,
back in 2008 or so (im thinking specifically when left 4 dead 2 came out) but these last few years, it seems clear xbox.com doesn't care about the forums anymore.

 

Yeah so i was one of the older Crowd been on since the Launch of the Original Xbox Days here. And The complaint i had when they redesigned was that the one thing all Gamers liked was talking about games so we came here first. Before any game came out we
were here. And guess what the one thing Microsoft removed and got Rid off was the Forums. Tone Deaf !! Always will be, TV TV TV. Imagine we use to run home to read these forums after work or to continue debates. Or stay later just to see the "next post",
or discuss an upcoming game. Micro$oft needs to stop listening to whom ever their "experts" are.

Yeah every now and then i come back here to see if i was wrong to leave. I have been on here much much longer than you and back then this place was thee place for all game discussions. This was the reddit before reddit existed. But Microsoft in their infinite
wisdom asked some "smart person" as they do for all their products and they remade this place to what it is now a desert town. Micro$oft does not know how to keep a good thing even if it would save their life. They had every one here and were able to control
the message now everyone is gone Literally. Same can be said for the Xbox One launch, their phone business, The way they now treat windows 10. Trust Microsoft to take a great product and completely destroy it. I do not have high hopes for the 4K 2017 Xbox.
It may be amazing but M$ will do some thing to make every gamer stay away. It's what they do with all their products.
