    Right stick drifts up on select games


    It seems others are having the same problem but I haven't seen this issue brought up on the xbox forums yet. I am having a unique issue where on certain games like Borderlands 2, Project Cars, Rocket League(just in the main menu), and lastly Overwatch, the
    right stick controls slowly moves up on it own. I have tried other controllers and the same exact issue happens but only on a select few games. It's very frustrating that such an issue exist. I have tried everything I have seen on other forums with no luck.
    Was curious if anyone else had the same issue

    Controller right stick up drift

    I actually just replaced my first controller due to this very same issue. I had it (the original controller that came with the xbox one) since launch. I also take really good care of my controllers and am not heavy handed whatsoever. I do think it is a mechanical
    problem, therefore cannot be fixed with a firmware update to the controller. It would seem your only option at this point is to do the same as me. When comparing the new to the old controller, the new sticks are much tighter and responsive. I think its a wear
    and tear kind of thing. I would also suggest doing this go to Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice Maybe start a topic pushing for Controllers built to last a bit longer. you would get my vote.

    Right analog sticks drift up

    right agalog drifts up without me touching it. Its very annoying and really don't int want to spend 60 dollars on a new controller

    Borderlands 3 character continually tracks to the right when I'm trying to be stationary.

    Is this ONLY happening in Borderlands 3, or are other games also having that issue?

    Also is the character "stepping sideways" (i.e. the left analogue stick is drifting to the right), or is the character "turning their head" (i.e. the right stick is drifting to the right)?
