    Right analog stick won't go left.


    I was trying the Star Wars Battlefront beta and found that the right stick on my controller won't move to the left. It can go every other direction and press down but not move left. When I tried moving it to the left it got to the point that it can move
    left very slowly. Any advice on how to get it back to normal?

    Do you have the same issue on any other games or is it just on Star Wars Battlefront ?

    No, this seems to be a hardware problem. My older brother told me he had experienced the same problem, and that was before the beta. I thought about just forcing it left but decided not to because I was afraid of completely breaking it.

    If you controller is still in the 90day warranty period you can get it repaired for free, if it's not you can get it repaired at a fee, but this can be close to the price of a new controller so I just suggest buying a new one.

    Seriously microsoft this console is pathetic....

    My left analog stick is looser than the right stick. I noticed that a couple of days ago. Figured it was because of COD. On my PS3 I went through 3 controllers with the left analog stick having issues. I had an issue with the controller on my 360 as well;
    left analog stick. So it might be an issue not sure. I'll probably just buy another controller when they come out in different colors and go from there with it unless it gets worse.

    Have you tried using a different controller it sounds like your controllers left analog stick may be stuck going to the right.

    Since the controller is under 90 days old I would have it replaced. I have not heard of any fixes for the stick drift issue. Good Luck!
