Rig 800lx

My sister bought me the rig 800lx headset as an early Xmas present I can hear everyone talking and they can hear me no problems there. The problem I'm having is I can't hear any sound off my dashboard or games I've impaired 're paired them I changed usb
ports hired up the volume all the way change from audio to game chat and back pressed the button on the end to change to different settings everything but nothing can someone please help me.

Astro A50?

If I was going to get a headset right now, it would probably be the Plantronics RIG 800LX. Astros are overpriced and their sound quality is lackluster.

 

Have you tried a different headset just to make sure the one you have is working properly?

 

To add to M3tal Daz3's suggestion have you also checked the headset's website to make sure you don't need to download any firmware or apps for proper use

audio output is set to your Rig 800lx by going to System >
Settings > Display & sound > Audio output If you had a stereo headset before this one, you probably had to do a basic setup for it, be sure to use our
