    So after much research now ive come to the conclusion that it seems to be xbox/microsoft’s issue with low upload speeds. Im using FiOS for my ISP, 1 GB up and down, hard wired to my console. On every other device using the same exact cable i get my normal
    ~850 up and ~850 down. My Xbox One X gets about 750mbps down but only aeeing 25 upload speed. My issue with this is i am seeing a massive delay on my games, where it feels i am always behind the sync of the game. Has anyone had any resolution to this issue?
    All of my ports are forwarded. Ive contacted microsoft three times and my isp once and no luck. I have admin log in ready to troubleshoot again. Thanks!

    Download speed is very low

    It has to be the servers, had isp come check out speeds. Over 300mbs download, 30 upload. Xbox one s is barely getting 30 download, 30 upload hardwired.

    I thought it was the Xbox itself, so I got a one X and speed is still low. So got a powerful console I can't use because download speeds are so low I usually lag out of games

    Thank you for this article. I've already checked and restarted my console. The download speed is fine. It's just the upload speed shows it's at 6Mbps. It's the only device on my network that shows that low of a upload. All other devices are where they
    should be at which is around 20Mps.

    Not able to install Forza Horizon 5 from the xbox app or microsoft store, the download speed is just too low even though my internet connection is working fine with a stable download and upload speed of 100mbps.

    Many xbox box gamers have this issue, although i thought it was isolated to cox internet. I get all speeds to all devices except xbox one x, and one s. This issue began for myself and many others around the middle of october 2018. I have tried:

    -4 new modem/routers

    -port forwarding

    -enabling dmz

    -turned off firewall for testing

    -new wiring

    and still no change in upload. Latency is good “36”, 0% packet loss, download is 300mb/s, upload is 1.7...
