Ridiculous no number to contact enforcement!

I am not impressed with there being no contact number to have a human discussion with the Enforcement team. I brought my teenage son a brand new xbox one s 6-8 weeks ago and he keeps getting banned, he thinks its due to some troll that keeps reporting him
everytime he gets unbanned. Have also read other bad feedback about The Enforcement team. After doing bit of research it seems many are swapped their xbox for Playstation. Well done xbox live your losing customers fast and have just lost another one as my
son will be swapped over to Playstation as they are much more reasonable and can actually have of conversation with them. My son callled xbox and was told he was suspended for 2 weeks. I am his mother who will decide if he is banned. And cant talk to Enforcement
team as no number which is outrageous. 2 weeks. Yes teenagers get over excited and may say things to each other. But I have known a kid to say awful things to my son and Ive said just ignore him his clearly a troll with problems. Yet bet troll isnt banned.
I just spoke to a woman from xbox told her its not on that he is banned for 2 weeks while others seem to get away with all sorts and her customer service was shocking she didn't care. Just a voice at the end of the phone being paid and she hung up on me. Xbox
live waste of money and dont reallly like that strangers are listening in on kids. Total waste of money on xbox. Now have to swap it for Playstation as its so ridiculous. And not having a number for a parent to talk to the Enforcement team is ridiculous and
very one sided. Microsoft has really let it itself down due to this.

Also I would like to add how is there a way to contact enforcement I have tried many way and when I call Xbox support they tell me post on the forums to get someone to help but no enforcement is helping me ever. They got no contact number or email or nothing
I don't understand this is ridiculous...

There is no contact number for the enforcement team. The suspension forum is the only way to contact them.

First of all to get to your point about freedom of speech here is a direct quote from the Constitution "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging
the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances" the only thing it says is that congress shall pass no law against its citizens rights to freedom
of speech it does not say a private entity like Microsoft can not put into their terms of use/code of conduct (which you agreed to abide by when you signed up for the service) Rules that state if you break the code of conduct you could get suspended
Here is a link to the code of conduct and the questions to the questionnaire if you read the code of conduct the answers are there that's why they give you a chance to read
the code of conduct before taking the questionnaire.

as far as not doing anything wrong if a violation of the code of conduct did not happen then these people would not be suspended when a report is made it goes to the enforcement team they investigate it and if there was a violation of the code of conduct
then that's when the suspension is put onto the account if there was no violation then they do not put a suspension on the account.

suspensions for nothing absolutely happen all the time and are upheld because no one on the enforcement team actually take the time to review the cases. For example I have been suspended b4 for calling someone a word that use to mean happy and was even said
in a children's program when I was growing up. It was the only message I had sent for months so I know it was the message that got me suspended and the reasoning the enforcement was upheld said I Threatened another user which clearly never happened. Proof
no one ever actually reviewed this case. Defend them ad the broken system all you want you are just part of the problem. As for the questionair yes they refer you to the code of conduct but also like in my earlier example questions that are opinion based are
asked and force you to lie about your opinion so the delicate snowflakes on the enforcement team don't feel like the wast of time they really are.

But you never a dress the main point here, can we get a number to reach an actual person because this current system is completely broken.

To answer your question there is no number for the enforcement team they only handle things through their website.

If you were to walk into a bar, see a notice that read:

No Profanity

No Trash Talk

No Harassment

Then after buying a drink, you break a rule, would you complain as you are shown the way out?

The code of conduct is clear and simple to understand. Why rough someone up for having a bad game. It has nothing to do with what online gaming was built around (I have been online gaming for more years than I wish to think about) though a very small majority
seem to think it acceptable behaviour.
