    Hello,

    I've bought I brand new Xbox One unpack it

    The problems started from the first use. I used a lot of hour to understand that my driver did not work...

    I followed Microsoft troubleshooting,

    1. Tested DVD's, nothing.
    2. I bought blue-ray disk to just test it and nothing
    3. Used a lot of hours in the internet to understand that the problem with the drive is not an isolated case.
    4. Had to ship a 4kg package with very inadequate UPS deliverable s times, for some one that work.

    Furthermore, I have a month waiting time to get my new XBOX got a new one with a new serial number,

    For my surprise the compensation Microsoft give me in this case is a 1Month Gold member?!? this is ridiculous...

    Even in the chat support after hour lost they have admit that Microsoft did not have the right compensation but the could see that was the table compensation in less of a month even for a fabric error that was not isolated.

    It was recommended before I post reviews in other channels like amazon, CNET, etc... to right it here. So I do...

    If I have known all this before hand I will for sure have pick the PS4 since this is my first console...

    hi! Trying to update my Xboxone (firstgen) to the new version (3,5gb download) but seems ther's a problem. I've already tried the trick (leftside botton+eject+power) of resrtting the console to fabric default, but never work. Plz help

    I KEEP HAVING A FREEZING ISSUE FOR THE PAST WEEK OR SO. IT IS RIDICULOUS. TAKES FOREVER TO DO A PUZZLE.. I NOTICED THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM SO IT MUST BE ON YOUR END. PLEASE FIX.

    Hey buddy sorry for your dilemma. Sometimes you get lemon. It happens. Just try to e patient and I'm sure Microsoft will have your console back to you as soon as they can. As far as the free one month goes, that is totally their call as to decide what kind
    of compensation they should give their customers.
