Ridiculous communication ban

I recently got communication banned for reasons that I don’t know. I was getting hateful messages from the gamertag [mod removed], who was insulting my mother. In my haste, I got a little heated and may have said an insulting word, but I felt regret as
soon as I sent it. I apologize for my actions and I hope that my suspension can be lessened or revoked. Thanks for your time. My gamertag is

ignore, block, report and move on, its the best and only way!!!!

The only people that handle enforcement actions on the xbox is the xbox enforcement team.

They do not monitor these forums.

No one here can help you get your suspension lowered.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and through their case review process and this is if your suspension is eligible for a case review (normally a suspension has to be more then around 24 hours in order
to qualify)

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. The case review would be the only way to possibly learn more about your suspension and have it overturned. If you're having issues with the page, try a different
browser.

Profanity is a violation of the code of conduct though, so if someone heard you swear and reported you, that could be the cause for your suspension. All of the other players you mentioned, would also be violating the code of conduct and have most likely
also been suspended at some point or will be.
