Ridiculous and unacceptable

I bought my X1 just before the launch of COD AW and every since have had NOTHING but connectivity issues all related to xbox live . New modem, new console, internet is fine and more then meets xbox live standards. But yet every
[Mod Removed] day theres connectivity issues, lag, inability to connect or a half a dozen other reasons you can't play a game online. This is absolutely ridiculous to pay for xbl and a new console and it never
[Mod Removed] works regularly or even for a full [Mod Removed] day . Buh Bye XBL and Microsoft you won't take another
[Mod Removed] penny from me .

Can't Connect to Xbox Live!

What is going on with this? It's getting a bit ridiculous. Is Xbox going to do anything to make up for this down time? We're paying customers, and this is getting a bit unacceptable.

Ridiculous. If anyone with any authority is reading this, I want you to know that you are doing a terrible job. There is simply no excuse for an outage of this long. Plain and simple unacceptable.

I am also leaving after 5-6 maybe more broken 360s,and an Xbox one that has never worked properly for the entire year+ that i have owned it. Sent it in for repairs and they sent it back broken...

I was told to deal with it.

543.43$ console.

7 new games at 60,some obviously cost more.

120$ for one year of Live.

Batteries for Controllers that can obviously come with plug n play or charge systems. Nope all extra$.

Forced digital unprotected poorly working future... Wow.

Yet still not enough,a cpu,internet,and more accessories are still needed to support the Xbox one... So even more money. I do not mind paying for quality products. I mind being overcharged and charged excessively and potentially the feeling of paying more
than once for the same items.

Disc based game + Digital copy of that game=buying the same product twice. In a sense.

Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition disc based game with all dlc included, will cost you 20$ Brand New. The same content downloaded digitally from Live will cost you $60.53. Yea that is awesome.??.

Poor and rude support, a constant feeling of being ripped off. A lost account and never have seen an issue of mine resolved by Microsoft. Take my money no problem. Fix my issues that are clearly Microsoft related,well that is another story.

An "as is" product sold at brand new pricing. Knowingly and willingly sold defective consoles and other merchandise repeatedly. A lack and unwillingness to push the console to it's full potential and use of power for gaming. A constant need to lead and push
their opinion about gaming on to the gamer,rather than delivering on solid products and innovative thinking. Uninterested by fan feedback and feelings,only interested in your money and their deception to take unaware victims money.(Those unaware of the business
practiced on them) Poor Business practices in other words.

This is my opinion based on my personal experience and some of the reasons I have decided to walk away from Xbox.

Same problem here. This is ridiculous that my 13 year old son can't rent a PG movie even though I have given him permission to use my account to pay for it. Unacceptable.

Well this is ridiculous because there should something that can be done about time lost with this issue, stuff like this is unacceptable I didn't even turn my XBOX on Nov 3rd, this should be an apology and reimbursement, a mistake like this should never happen.
