Ridiculous 24 hour communication ban

So apparently the bot that bans people is so sensitive you can message the word butt. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would understand if i cursed in any way or used a racial slur but using the word butt and getting banned is reeeealy stupid. Id even understand
a warning if i said something, but nope straight to ban town. i doubt anything can be done on such a short ban but i think it would be fair to know what exactly cant be said on xbl? not this general statement like "anything offensive", literally anything can
be taken offensively nowadays apparently.

My question then is what are a list of words racial slurs and i guess now body parts that cannot be sent through xbl messenger?

As further clarification, "bots" do not suspend users on Xbox Live. They may identify potential problems, but a member of the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET) is the one that decides if a suspension is warranted.

It's not about the word but about the context, I can say a lot of things which on their own and out of context are innocuous but with context are highly offensive! There's no definitive list, primarily because that's something that is fluid & evolving so
as to avoid any situation where trends and new verbiage can be added quickly as and when appropriate, where if there was a definitive list that would take time and have a process to go through.

General rule of thumb, if you wouldn't say it to a judge, your boss or a priest don't say it on Xbox, then that way you're significantly less likely to find yourself with enforcement action being taken against you.

Are you sure that was the word that caused the ban? You can check at the enforcement website and match the infraction time with the ban.
