Ridiculous 24 hour ban, please recind ASAP

My account has been banned because someone couldn't handle the heat of griefing me in-game, considering my 6 year membership and positive rep with no prior bans, I would like my ban recinded

Had a chat ban and now its over and mic still won't work.

I recently had a 24 hour chat ban. the ban has ended and still my friends cant hear me in a party. i would like to get in touch with someone from the enforcement team please. this needs to be fixed asap

And it won't let you start a case review. How is this legal? They ban you for 24 hours with no reason or refund, and won't review it, either.

Is this eligible for a class action lawsuit? Xbox live is now monitored by people who aren't employed by Microsoft. Censorship at it's finest, and a lack of 1st amendment rights. Use of profanity is not illegal, and I only play games that are meant for adults.
This is wrong, and possibly illegal.

The only place to see why you were suspended & to appeal a suspension is here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo but you can't file a case review for a 24 hour suspension so you'll have to just sit it out.

As further clarification, "bots" do not suspend users on Xbox Live. They may identify potential problems, but a member of the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET) is the one that decides if a suspension is warranted.

It's not about the word but about the context, I can say a lot of things which on their own and out of context are innocuous but with context are highly offensive! There's no definitive list, primarily because that's something that is fluid & evolving so
as to avoid any situation where trends and new verbiage can be added quickly as and when appropriate, where if there was a definitive list that would take time and have a process to go through.

General rule of thumb, if you wouldn't say it to a judge, your boss or a priest don't say it on Xbox, then that way you're significantly less likely to find yourself with enforcement action being taken against you.

Are you sure that was the word that caused the ban? You can check at the enforcement website and match the infraction time with the ban.
