RIDICOULUS ASSISTENCE

In September I created a replacement for xbox bought via ebay that was not upgraded, it got a error before the update process.

I sent through this SR 1355262844 and the serial was as follows: 380384253848.

I sent my address in Italy and I did send the console to my new address since I moved to Dublin.

The delivery was made on September 28, but I have not tried the console so far because of the transfer.

After purchasing games etc etc, I noticed that the console was banned.

The console 'was clearly exchanged beacuse since a few days after I sent 380384253848.console to their service center, I found registered on my account another serial. 043517154848

I contacted 5 times their assistance, before in Italian and them in English, and they replied that the console is not been changed but repaired and the serial and' the same.

Instead I find myself having a banned console with a completely different serial from that stated by them.

So a scam they do not recognize, please someone give me a hand.

I provided all documents about even took pictures to prove that the serial I received and 'this, but nothing.

Please help me because they appers like robot.#

I have the same damm problem on xbox one X and i dont know how to fix!activision is just a bunch of idiots,70€ for a game that every update coming with a bug(at least for me)is not possible in 2020!!come on,this is so **** ridicoulus,im very piss off
because i wanna play with my friends but of course for the incompetence of activision i cannot!thanks a lot,really thanks activision!i hope they fix in a short time because this is so ridicoulus!

Yes, it let me install but even is installed its still doesn't work.

As I mentioned all dlc packs are installed but game doesn't work and showing you are missing one or more dlc single player packs.

Its absolutely stupid faulty game.

And the best part is that despite the fact that I wrote to activision, there is no response to my requests and no ones is willing to fix this problem and I can't play from last 3 weeks.

Its ridicoulus.

first check the security settings of the router you are using, If all is correct, turn everything off and leave for 10 seconds, Clear your cache on your xbox and re-enter your settings for your router. Also you can try a bit of fault finding yourself by
plugging in a network cable to your router, Also if you have a friend with an xbox and he has wireless, try your adaptor on his xbox to see if there is a problem with that.

If none of that works post back here and I will go through some more options with you.
