I’ve tried power cycling my console deleting and reinstalling both the 1 year pass and riders republic i checked my order history and it says i bought it says it’s in my addons of the game on my xbox, i spent 30 pounds on the one year pass and it’s non refundable what can i do?

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
