Lol at the second comment on that page. Far cry 3 was one of my favourite last gen games this will be a must buy for me. Ride-able elephants I wonder how that will work out be cool if you could go around smashing huts and stuff with them.

 

I absolutely loved Far Cry 3. I am sure if they put the same effort into 4, it will be a day one buy for me! I will be very excited to see what they come up with. The only downside to the internet these days is now we know we have to wait a whole year to
play it!

 

AC5 has also been annonced for next gen only

 

Lets hope their player map editor gets it right this time.

Of course if it is even included this go around.

 

I said this in another thread somewhere. I only got a glimpse of Far Cry 2 and enjoyed the feel of it as far as FPS games go. Definitely looking out for more info on this game, the setting seems worthy of a great story.

 

I want a proper online map editior! Vehicles, animals, the whole works! Gutted there will never be a shark infested online warzone Far Cry 3 was so close! SO CLOSE!

 

No joke ^ if that was present in the game. I would buy it on that merit alone!

 

Far Cry 4 will be bought used or on sale. Never again after what they did with far Cry 3's MP, it was a joke.

 

I hope it stays on Next gen only. Definite buy for me though. Such a good time wasting series, just exploring and running around.

 

I take it FC3 multiplayer was bad or something?

 

FC4 is definitely a game I'll check out shortly after release after hearing great things about FC3 Single Player. It's not a game that I'd buy for online play though. For me, multiplayer is a fiddly thing that is only pulled off well on games that have had
a lot of focus on that area such as Titanfall or the older Call of Duty games.

This is also a a game that I'd hope to be next-gen only. I'll be very disappointed if the developers aren't pushing next-gen with full force by the end of 2014 or Q2 2015 latest. I do honestly believe that 360 and PS3 are holding back our newer consoles
and the sooner the game releases become few and far between, the sooner people will move forward and we can get some seriously high tech stuff going on!

 

Farcry 3 was awesome. I just hope they don't make me craft dumb items again like a larger wallet?! I just like stuffing cash in my pocket. Wallets are for sissies.

Hmm riding an elephant...not sure about that. They are kinda slow. Maybe for a quick trip, but for regular transportation, I'd like something else like a tamed zebra. Ummm...but then I'd become too overprotective of my zebra because he/she would be my
pet. Okay...forget it, I'll foot it again.
