    I have a Xbox Series S and my brother has a Xbox One X we both want to play ride 4 together but whenever I invite to my lobby it will not allow him to play with me. Is there anyway of fixing this??

    Sorry to say but according to the game description. This game doesn’t support cross play
    “Players on Xbox One version won’t be able to play in Multiplayer mode with Xbox Series X|S version players.”

    Only they really know why both editions doesn’t support cross play with each other

    Because they are thinking like apply and the iPhone market. There wont be an update for the two platforms to play with each other. MS wants you to buy the latest platform and ditch the old one. It is more profitable, like buying the new iPhone with all the
    new features. It is a marketing strategy to get everyone off the Xbox 360 since everyone has been playing on it for so long. Once more then half of the MS members have then new Xbox one then they will put an update out to play multiplayer games on both platforms.
