Riddle me this one Batman

Ok, I was having issues with my controllers(1 original and 1 Titan fall). I rotate the controllers somewhat and started having issues when trying to start the console with both controllers. I would have to turn the console off and on again, take the batteries
out of the controller eventually it would connect and work fine. I contacted support and they were going to have me send it in but never sent me a shipping label. The new controller with the 3.5mm jack came out and I told support never mind I would just trade
in one of the controllers. So new controller works fine for a few days then the same problem came back on the brand new controller.

I still play on my 360 just for World of Tanks. I have a 3 shelf set up with the X1 on one shelf and the 360 on another shelf. This past weekend World of Tanks had a beta for the X1 so of course played it on the X1 all weekend and low and behold no issues
with the controller at all. Monday comes, beta is over so I play some tanks on the 360 and then go to fire up the X1 and the controller problem is back.

The issue is only when first starting the console, once the controller is connected there are no problems at all. Is it possible the 360 is interfering with the X1? They are never on at the same time but I do shut down the 360 and go directly to the X1.
Any feedback on this is welcomed.

Your 360 should not inerfere withy our XB1.

 

I agree, but the only time the X1 wasn't acting up the past few weeks is when the 360 wasn't turned on for a couple of days. I know it sounds strange but so far that is the only common denominator unless I'm totally missing something.

 

I got excited because I thought this thread was about Batman.

Not really misleading, my X1 acts up when I use it and my 360, I don't use the 360 for a few days and my X1 works fine. Pretty good riddle.

 

It's a support issue, not a riddle....

here's a thought I got both consoles too but if I'm not using one I have the plug out of the wall.(since i only got 1 plug) maybe if you got both plugged in at once it makes a difference since the green light is on both power supplies . worth a try.

 

I heard there's a glitch of some kind when switching from the 360 version to the Xbox One version. This might be another part of that.
