    Rhyse: Son of Rome not installing


    I bought this game yesterday after playing for free on the gold account. Now it won't advance past stage 3 and is stuck at "Installing". I have deselected and reinstalled with the same results. I see that there are numerous complaints of the same issue.
    What is the process for a refund? If I can't play it or get help to get over this hump I no longer want it.

    Sorry to hear it. If you are connected wireless could you try using an ethernet cable for the install? If that doesn't work and you would still like to request a refund you'll need to call phone support. You can get the number for your region via this
