RF module dies, constantly need to pull power from console to restore

I had a chain going for a bit on Twitter, but I find twitter a horrible mess and cant even see all my posts, etc.

Basically Ive had this issue since I first purchased my Xbox one in March. Basically I pick up a controller and press the Xbox guide button to turn on the console, and it doesnt power on the console. When this happens, the console will not interact with either
of my wireless controllers until I pull the power out of the console, wait 5 seconds and plug it back in.

On one occasion I plugged in a usb Mini controller and held guide, shut down, turned it back on and wireless controllers works. A handful of times I went to the power options and did a hard reset. But silly to need to plug in a wired controller to do this.

I have since gotten into the preview program hoping it would help, but it doesnt. I can stream to my pc then plug the controller in via micro usb and it will work. Once I unplug the wire, the controller goes back to blinking.

I can try synching again but nothing happens. Controllers blink forever.

Now I can press guide button, watch the controller blink, unplug console, plug it back in, press power, watch the controller LED go solid because now it is connected.

This is sporadic. I can go 3-4 days fine. Longest was nearly 2 weeks. But then it comes back.

Any other suggestions? I had a Wii U near the system but that has been unplugged and behavior is still happening.

I work in IT/Networking and have everything hardwired, no wireless devices near the console.

It is getting to be very annoying to sit down, pick up the controller, see it doesn't turn on the console, and have to get up and go over and pull the plug and restart everything. If I had a game in progress, that is lost.

For reference when I'm done I always hold the guide button and select Turn off(or whatever the syntax is).

I forget what the results are if I plug a wireless controller into the system directly with a usb wire if it works, but again I've already jumped through enough hoops.

Xbox controllers don't connect and console led isn't turned on

No image, although I know it's connected because when it's off the screen is blue when it's on the screen goes black

The power connector is yellow when off, green when on

I am most likely just ordering a. New rf module and gonna see where that takes me.

can anybody tell me how to get a new rf module for an xbox 360 as mine has fried. I find them on line used but do not like to buy used equipment.

 

Is this an official support forum? Or where else should I go because I am getting a bit frustrated with this.

Same happened again last night only not sure if my testing with a wire on Windows 10 did something but now after the hard reset, 1 controller synced fine but my main one had to be resynched as well.

Also I'd rather not have to deal with being without the system or getting a refurbed unit back.
