Rewards

ok so it says i have earned 11k rewards points but only have 4k. Up to this point i have no idea what they are for or how to use them.

Score Streaks

I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

 

Controller chargers?

Received mine today not bad for 70p*!

*I had £9.30 in reward points.

 

If the 11,000 is your lifetime credits earned, then that's how many total credits you've earned since you joined the program. That number includes credits that are both pending and deposit. So if you have 4,000 pending, that means you've had 7,000 deposited.
Once you have at least 5,000 credits pending (or if you request a deposit before then), your credits are deposited into your Microsoft account balance and converted to currency that you can use to make purchases on the Xbox store. If you do have deposited
credits, your statement on the MyRewards section of the site will list when deposits took place and you can check for those in your account by looking at your returns on Sign in to your Microsoft account

As Smwtuches says, the 11150 Credits is your lifetime Credit amount, which includes already deposited Credits. The 4400 Credits is you currently pending Credit amount, that has yet to be deposited. Once deposited, Credits are available for use as currency
