    I was told from Xbox support to try to get help here for some reason I was looking into the halo wars 2 points thing and i took the quiz and got the demo but I have already purchased halo wars 2, so why is it not checking off and
    giving me the points?

    Score Streaks

    I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Although keep in mind that per the terms of the offer, you have to purchase the game during the promotion period which started on October
    19. If you purchased the game before that date, it would not be eligible.

    A WARNING ABOUT XBOX REWARDS POINTS AFTER YOU CASH THEM IN!

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.
