rewards.Xbox Won't finalize my account

On the billing page when renewing Xbox membership it displays the correct date of expiration but on the My account page it says N/A. My real problem is with rewards.xbox. I remember roughly 2 months ago I was able to view MyStats but now I can't and it is
still using my old profile picture (it did this for as long as I remember).

Points at deposited in groups of 100 points either by the 15th or 30th of the month.

If you unlink the account you will lose all the content from that account and finally you won't be able to link a different on, you need to link the same account

Even calling Microsoft's Xbox division won't do you any good. All transactions are final and people's accounts are their responsibility. Both of these statements are very clearly stated.
