Rewards won't open

    Rewards won't open


    Every time I try to open the Microsoft Rewards app on my Xbox 1X it says I need to update my location and language and won't open the app. I've tried to do as it says (even though I haven't moved!) and it still does the same thing. This has been going
    on for the last 3-4 days.

    Have you tried reinstalling the app and maybe remove your account and sign back in?

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
