Rewards won't deposit, Help!

So I have 17000 points but can't deposit them. The manual deposit button is missing and we've passed an auto deposit day. Please help

There is a problem with your account, cannot deposit rewards

please help. I have been through countless support technicians online and on the phone. Xbox rewards has claimed there is a issue with my account for 2 years and won't deposit my rewards.

Can someone please help me so I can deposit the 60,000 points that have been failing to deposit every month for 2 years?

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000 they would already be scheduled
for a deposit so there is no need to request one.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month.
