Rewards were not deposited at the time promised. Where are the points?

I had made a deposit request in the beginning of december. The points were supposed to deposited on the 15th. I waited till the 16th and checked and nothing was deposited so I waited a few days and nothing had been deposited. What gives Xbox?

If your going to have a rewards system....make it a working rewards system. Because nobody likes to be told something is going to happen and it never does.

Rewards not being deposited

My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

 

Xbox Rewards did not deposit to Microsoft Rewards Balanced even though it says deposited

Hi there, when does the xbox rewards points show up in my microsoft reward balance? On 12/28/16, in my xbox live rewards dashboard I see that the rewards were deposited "Rewards Deposited - 30,000 Credits" but I can't figure where they were deposited to?
Can you help?

We see that your deposit went through on the 14th. You can review this from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page or your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
