Rewards were fixed now have error again

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. For example,
your previous successful deposit was a result of their work. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

After restarting the console it no longer says this game isnt playable here. Now it says please try again, error ox8082000c. Im going to go to error help and try to fix this but at least were were getting somewhere

I'm not at home right now so I cannot tell you what they were -- and to be honest, I'm too burned out on trying this again, so I'm just going to sit back a few days and see if MSFT will finally fix this. I've given the error codes to XBox support. As
i said, my main interest in posting here was in seeing if I'm alone with this problem and I'm satisfied that I now have the answer to this.

FWIW, I had three different error codes for the same error message "Unable to download XBox Live profile, try again later". I had another error code "Unable to Connect to XBox Live, try again later". These were the four I've been seeing since Sunday,
when the blackscreen problem morphed into this issue. If you have an idea of what this problem could be / what the error code might have been for your hunch I'd be happy to confirm. From what I remember right now, the three profile codes were something
that ended in *4cd, *041, and *051.

As mentioned previously, you registered into the Rewards program on April 27th, 2013, then chose to opt out of the program on November 17th, 2013. Since you were no longer a Rewards member, you were not eligible for any Rewards Credits. We can only Reward
activity done while in the program. We see that your recent re-enrollment on the 20th was successful, and you are now a member again.

None of them were related to Microsoft. None of them were related to the error message that I was facing. Is there an error in the rewards system?
