Rewards vip

Hello i have been a loyal xbox fan for 6 years straight, with a recurring subscription(no pauses) and i think i have been on the rewards program for 4 years, but i only have a 0 star vip and 150 vip gems, i was just wondering how
this is possible, considering i have spent so much time and money on xbox and on the store, plus there is a mission of having xbox live gold consecutively for 3 months and i dont have the gems for that either, like whats going on?

VIP Rewards will take longer as the VIP Rewards over March will appear 15th of April.

Just to let you know an Xbox Live Rewards Topics/Post should be posted in

Xbox Rewards Support section of Forums. When you have VIP it means you have been selected as a VIP and now have unlocked a VIP Exclusive and it's shown under VIP Rewards on the My Reward Page.
