Rewards Support Request

I ordered a ton of stuff last month and haven't seen a single reward point from December, there's nothing on my statement except the December survey.

I bought Need For Speed Payback Premium edition,

Over 100 dollars in Madden 18 points,

Playerunknowns Battlegrounds, and that's just off top of my head. I'm a level 5 VIP, I've never ever missed points a single month in the year so this really bothers me. Please look into it.

Payment problem

When i select: Pay by PayPal, after everything finally it says:

Unable to complete your request

The reward method you chose is not authorized. Please use another reward method to request your cashback reward. If you get this message multiple times, contact customer support.

Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it is too early to see credits pending for December purchases. In-game consumables do not count towards VIP so things like Madden points will
not receive credits.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Also as stated in the FAQ, game consumables like Madden points are not eligible for MyVIP and do not award payback:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

At the bottom of the Microsoft Rewards page accessed via HTTPS://account.microsoft.com you will see contact Microsoft Rewards Support. That is where you need to go to setup a
support request.

Sorry to hear there is an issue with receiving the rewards. I recommend to submit a support request with the reward program(Microsoft reward support) and see if they can further assist on this matter:

Also, this could still be going on as Offers will be fulfilled approximately
4 weeks after conclusion of the Promotion Period.

(You may have to wait a bit longer.)
