    Rewards screen


    I tried receiving my rewards after playing USA level 4 and it said the screen couldn't be loaded and it gave me the option to try again or to go to the main screen and that all my prizes were going to be lost. After many frustrated clicks, I lost my prizes
    and went to the home screen. I played a couple games before this incident and the rewards screen worked fine. Why did that happen now and can it be fixed?

    Forza 5 Menu Screen Disc Problem need help

    You just have to hit B to back up one more screen. Don't need the title screen to get drivatar rewards.

    Are you playing through a stable connection? If you are encountering loading issues when waiting to receive your rewards, please fully close the app by pulling it to the bottom of the screen until it flips. Users have reported that this can allow the missing
    reports to be credited.

    If you go to the Rewards site, on the bottom of the screen there will be a link to contact their support.

    did you contact MS Rewards Support using the link at the bottom of the MS Rewards page?

    I've had this happen a few times but it has fixed itself (or Rewards Support have fixed it in the background).

    one thing I've noticed is that when it doesn't mark the daily quests as complete, the link to sneak peak at Tomorrow's Quests is missing from the page. if that link is missing from the page I restart the browser and try again a few minutes later and it usually
    works.

    but if it doesn't work, make sure you get screen shots of the Rewards page showing your Daily Streak and get screen shots of the completed Quests. MS Rewards Support will send you a link to upload the screen shots when they reply to you.
